As a patent attorney and partner at COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Michel Kaminsky is responsible for technical property rights for national and international clients. He has extensive experience and expertise in general mechanical engineering and in materials engineering, information technology, medical technology and energy technology. His work focuses on validity and freedom-to-operate opinions as well as patent applications. He also represents clients in important patent granting and opposition proceedings.

He has been admitted as a German patent attorney and as a representative before the European Patent Office since 2014.

Since 2014 patent attorney at COHAUSZ & FLORACK He is a professional representative before the European Patent Office and before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) in Alicante. Partner at COHAUSZ & FLORACK since 2018.

During and after completing his degree in physics at RWTH Aachen University, Michel Kaminsky spent several years in the USA and, among other things, familiarized himself with US patent law in a law firm near Chicago.
