Marco Hermann is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Munich office in the Employment Law team and advises national and international companies in all areas of Employment Law.

He counsels and represents our clients both in and out of court in all matters of individual and collective Employment Law.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked as a lawyer at one of Germany's leading employment law boutiques as well as at a large medium-sized law firm in Augsburg.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He completed his law studies at the University of Augsburg with a focus on Labor and Corporate Law. During his  legal clerkship in Augsburg and Munich, he worked for a renowned law firm as well as for one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the field of Employment Law.
