Micha Heise is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Real Estate Law.

At Fieldfisher he advises investors in relation to domestic and international real estate transactions as well as in all matters of ongoing asset management, especially in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial lease contracts.

A particular focus is on advising in the context of public building law, especially the creation of building rights and all issues related to the sustainability and ESG compliance of Real Estate.

He pays attention on solution-oriented advice to our clients according to their individual requirements and needs.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked for a well-known national development, asset management and investment company.

In addition, he had already gained some professional experience by working for international law firms in the field of Real Estate and Real Estate Finance.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He is an ambassador for International Justice Mission, a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against human trafficking.

He studied in Leipzig, Saxony.
