Position
Dr Katja Michel is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Frankfurt am Main office and advises on Regulatory and Capital Markets Law.
A particular focus is on advising on digital business models (FinTech). She also advises on Compliance, in particular AML.
She has extensive experience in supporting market entry and regulatory change projects, advising on outsourcing in the financial sector and providing regulatory support for FinTech M&A transactions.
Our clients include regulated institutions, FinTechs and unregulated companies from the financial sector.
Karriere
Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked for several years as a lawyer in international commercial law firms in London and Frankfurt.
