Serge is Of Counsel in the IP Enforcement and Litigation team at Fieldfisher Brussels with over 20 years of experience advising international and domestic clients in a wide range of IP-related and cross border matters.

Serge is an IP litigator and he advises clients on a wide range of IP-related and cross border matters including patent, trademark, design , copyright, database protection, denominations of origin (DOP) and Geographic Indications (GI), Designs & Models, and domain names, as well as Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC).

He has a particular expertise in patents and trademarks while he also advises clients on other IP-related matters, including commercial practice and unfair competition, product safety and labelling, regulatory aspects in food, non-food, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, parallel import.

Serge has worked for start-ups, small enterprises and multinationals in many industrial sectors such as the automotive industry, cosmetic products, electronic goods, food and beverage, home appliances, life sciences, luxury products, media industry, petrochemical, telecommunications, and toy industry.
