Alexandra Mützelburg is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on Corporate and Energy Law.

As part of the Energy and Natural Resources group, she is responsible for the German regulatory aspects of this group.

She focuses on providing comprehensive advice to project developers, financial investors, banks, insurers and utilities on the realization of national and international energy and infrastructure projects.

She assists our clients in due diligence processes, prepares energy regulatory expert opinions on individual business solutions of our clients and drafts corresponding contracts. In addition, she supports our clients in the financing of renewable energy projects.

Before joining Fieldfisher, she was an Associate at a well-known law firm in Munich specializing in Energy Law. She was able to gain initial in-depth knowledge of Energy Law during her two years as a trainee lawyer and research assistant in the Corporate/Energy practice of an international law firm based in Germany.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She particularly enjoys spending her spare time outdoors and in running shoes in the company of family, animal and human friends.
