Mr Rak has over 17 year of experience in advising national and international clients in structuring complex M&A transactions, with a special focus on real estate transactions. His experience also covers all aspects of real estate sales and purchases, construction, property developments and commercial leases He is well known for his long and extensive experience in labour law. Pavol is the head of the Labour Law working group, which is the standing panel of German-Slovak Chamber of Commerce. Professional experience as an attorney in various international law firms, with Noerr since 2004.
