Alexandru Ene is partner in Noerr´s Litigation, Arbitration & ADR and Compliance & Investigations practice groups. Christoph Brenzinger

Christoph Brenzinger has been active in the real estate sector for over 15 years and has played a leading role in many of the largest, also cross-border and multijurisdictional, real estate transactions in Germany. He recently acted for Allianz Real Estate on the formation of a logistics joint venture, for SIGNA on the planned acquisition of the Kaufhof Group from Metro and for Vonovia (formerly: Deutsche Annington) on the integration of a portfolio of approx. 30,000 flats from the Vitus Group and the sale of approx. 24,000 residential units to LEG. He is particularly experienced in the structuring, financing and implementation of real estate related private equity transactions.

Jörg K. Menzer

Prof. Dr. Jörg K. Menzer, Partner, is responsible for the coordination of Noerr’s practice for international clients in Romania, and heads the Bucharest office. He specializes in M&A transactions and concentrates on structuring major foreign investments in Romania. He has experience in acquisitions, privatizations and greenfield investments, based on his knowledge of the business and legal environment in region, especially in Romania. In addition, Jörg K. Menzer has worked on many restructurings, private equity investments and capital measures, as well as for public listed companies.

Karsten Metzlaff

Karsten Metzlaff is a Partner in Noerr's Commerce & Trade and also Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in Noerr's Berlin office. He specialises in EU and German merger control, cartels, monopolies, state aid, competition compliance. Karsten Metzlaff represents clients before the EU Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and European and German courts. He has extensive experience in automotive, financial services, retail, food and media regulation.

Rusandra Sandu is also an expert in competition law, including merger control, cartel and infringement proceedings and competition compliance.
