Milan, 27 May 2025 - LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory Partners Paolo Comuzzi and Antonio Micalizzi have been appointed members of the Board of Auditors of the MultiMedica Onlus Foundation, together with President Piero Alberto Busnach. The appointment takes place as part of the path undertaken by the Foundation to assume the status of Third Sector Entity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 117/2017 ("Code of the Third Sector"), and with a view to registration in the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS). Founded in 2004, the MultiMedica Onlus Foundation pursues purposes of general interest, including the promotion of scientific research, professional and cultural training, and support for the return to Italy of Italian researchers working abroad. Its activities include organizing conferences and seminars, providing scholarships, promoting scientific collaborations with qualified scholars and institutions, and disseminating technical and scientific culture. Merlett Tecnoplastic S.p.A. is an Italian company based in Daverio (VA), specializing in the production of technical hoses in plastic materials for industrial, agricultural, food and civil applications. Founded in 1952, the company has grown to become a reference point in the industry, with production facilities in Italy and an established international presence. Milan, 5th May, 2025 - Enrico Fossa, Partner of Paroli Fossa and Associates Studio Legale e Tributario, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Società Sanlorenzo SpA, a “boutique” boating company that has been designing and building custom yachts since 1958. During the Sanlorenzo shareholders' meeting, the lists submitted by Amundi Asset Management SGR, Arca Fondi SGR, AXA Investment Managers Paris, Eurizon Capital SA, Eurizon Capital SGR, Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland), Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management SGR, Kairos Partners SGR, Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR, and Mediolanum International Funds Limited received approximately 5,143,344 votes for the Board of Directors—over 10% of the votes cast at the meeting, representing about 9% of total voting rights—and approximately 5,278,725 votes for the Board of Statutory Auditors—about 11% of the votes cast, representing over 9% of total voting rights. As a result, Marco Francesco Mazzù was elected to the Board of Directors, while Enrico Fossa was appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and Maria Cristina Ramenzoni was appointed Alternate Auditor.
