The team routinely cooperates with its energy and procurement teams, which equips the practice with additional expertise in emission control and planning permission procurement for urban and district developments. This is complemented by expertise in mining and space law as well as in ESG and tax issues; for the latter, Sabrina Desens is one of the key contacts.
