The team is co-led by Philip Hatherall, Dominic Ip and Keith Blundred. Hatherall is a group litigation specialist and is experienced in defending major public inquiries and inquests, while Ip leads one of the firm’s claims teams and specialises in high-value and technically complex matters arising from birth injuries, wrongful births and severe neurological injuries.
