Advising Dimensions UK in relation to a CQC criminal case where it was successfully argued there was an abuse of process and an appeal brought by way of Judicial Review by the CQC was refused.
Acting for one of the UK's largest retailers of building materials in respect of a prosecution brought for asbestos exposure at one of its branches following a four-year investigation.
