Airlines additionally mandate the practice for airport access issues, both in the US and abroad. Among the team’s several highly-regarded practitioners, David Heffernan represents US and foreign airlines (and their trade associations), airports, air travel distribution companies, and aircraft and engine manufacturers; Jonathon Foglia is ’an outstanding attorney’; and Rachel Welford specializes in aviation security law and policy involving US government agencies.
