The team is known for its expertise in CMBS, advising clients on commercial real estate loan originations as well as expanding the practice to include syndicated, acquisition, and construction lending. Practice head Bonnie Neuman is a leading real estate lawyer, representing global investment banks, financial institutions, investors and servicers in major transactions including origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans.
