Partnering with Aspen Snowmass, (which owns Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Buttermilk and the Little Nell) on zoning and land use matters and in filing the first special permit for hotel development in New York City for a luxury, 130-room boutique hotel at 10 Rockefeller Center.
Representing The Soloviev Group in the State Gaming Commission’s land use entitlement process for Freedom Plaza, a potential gaming facility, hotel and residential development on the East Side of Manhattan.
Acting as land use counsel to the developers of Hallett’s Point North in Astoria, Queens, for their remarkable and transformative affordable housing project. The development required the approval of several complex zoning actions (including rezoning and waterfront access approvals), pursuant to the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP).
