The group regularly advises on marketing strategies, as well as writing customer terms and privacy notices. Operating at local, state and federal levels, the practice represents clients in disputes and contentious matters before various regulatory authorities. With a background in engineering, practice head Todd Daubert offers both regulatory and transactional advice on telecoms and technology issues. Lauren Wilson is an active member of the team, bringing FCC experience and extensive knowledge of TCPA matters.

- Advising T-Mobile US, Inc. on the implementation of a 12-year tower and small cell agreement with Crown Castle Corp. to support the continued deployment of T-Mobile’s nationwide 5G network.
- Advising on the building of the new SoFi stadium in Inglewood, California, from the development and sale of DAS and 5G systems to the creation and deployment of innovative new technologies that deliver customer experience and leverage the data visitors generate.
