Team head Richard Birns handles a broad range of deals, with particular expertise in the sports sector. Co-head Ari Lanin is sought out for his skill in M&A, capital raises, securities regulation and corporate governance, while co-head Michael Piazza is chiefly recognized for his extensive work in the energy space, covering investments in both traditional and energy transition assets.
