Filed a 301 petition which alleges that the PRC government is actively supporting the production and export of illicit fentanyl products to the United States and has failed to implement sufficient legal measures to prevent such exports. This case brings to light that the Chinese government’s support for illicit fentanyl exports has had a devastating impact on the American economy, into the $ Trillions.
