Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP‘s intellectual property group in New York has extensive experience litigating patent disputes in the life sciences and tech industries, both at jury and bench trials and at Federal Circuit appeals. Chair of the patent litigation group Catherine Nyarady is ’a star‘ in patent litigation and routinely works with clients active in the medical devices, semiconductors and pharma spaces. The group also includes trial attorney Katherine Forrest, who co-chairs the digital tech group and acts for clients in disputes relating to intellectual property and antitrust, and Crystal Parker, who focuses on patent litigation in a wide range of sectors, with emphasis on Hatch-Waxman litigation. Kripa Raman, who specializes in patent and trade secret litigation as well as in licensing and the IP aspects of commercial transactions, is another key contact.
