Co-head Jennifer Tempesta is based in New York and chiefly handles patent litigation. Luke Pedersen co-chairs the practice from Washington DC and covers a wide range of matters relating to intellectual property, placing a particular focus on technology transfers and patent portfolio management, while New York-based co-chair Paul Ragusa advises clients on patent litigation, inter-partes reviews, IP transactions, and licensing, including of standard-essential patents.
