Advised Lockheed Martin on securing a $131,888,860 plus interest award for from the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, following a dispute with the U.S. Air Force over unpaid work related to the C-5 Galaxy Aircraft refurbishment program.
Advised Lockheed Martin on dismissing claims bought against it by Blenheim Capital for tortious interference, conspiracy, and antitrust violations, which was dismissed by the district court due to lack of subject-matter jurisdiction under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and failure to state an antitrust claim, with the Fourth Circuit affirming the dismissal and the Supreme Court denying certiorari.
Assisted Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Inc. in securing a position on a $43 billion, 10-year contract with the Defense Health Agency's Medical Q-Coded Support and Services-Next Generation program, following a bid protest that led to the agency's corrective action and Spectrum's inclusion among the awardees.
