Grant Edward Buerstetta is frequently active in CDOs and CLO related mandates, while Los Angeles-based Claire Hall is noted for her capability in esoteric ABS, including PACE, trade receivables and music royalties. Highlight-Mandate

Advised Barclays Capital in a transaction as sole structuring agent and lead bookrunner in connection with US$700 million in asset-backed notes issued by Sotheby’s ArtFi Master Trust.

Advised Duetti, Inc. as issuer counsel in securing approximately US$115 million in financing through a private securitization backed by its catalog of music royalties.
