Donna Parisi leads the team, guiding clients through the OTC derivatives transactions in a broad spectrum of asset classes, with a particular specialty in fintech matters. Azam Aziz focuses his practice on advising financial institutions on the structuring and documentation of complex OTC derivatives. Geoffrey Goldman specializes in credit and equity OTC derivatives as well as being knowledgeable in structured product transactions, including cash-flow and synthetic CDO transactions.
