Highlight-Mandate

Advised the state attorney generals and ad hoc groups of governmental creditors with respect to the impact on, and treatment of, claims arising from the opioid addiction crisis against pharmaceutical companies in both in-court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.
Represent Comair, the South African airline, in its chapter 15 case in connection with Comair’s South African business rescue proceeding.
