Highlight-Mandate

  • Assisted in the drafting, development, and submission of regulatory comments from the Texas Oil & Gas Association in response to the Texas Railroad Commission’s proposed amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 5. This work supports the establishment of a state regulatory framework to support the furtherance of carbon capture, utilization, and storage development in Texas.
