Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP‘s cross-disciplinary energy and infrastructure projects team continues to provide counsel on a diverse range of both conventional and renewable energy projects. This includes areas such as mobility and transportation, land use, energy storage, and electric vehicles and mobility. The team is jointly led by Robert James in San Francisco and Jeff Merrifield in Washington DC. In San Francisco, Bob Nelson serves as a trusted advisor for major domestic electric utility companies, while Washington DC-based Elina Teplinsky leads the firm’s energy industry group and is routinely assisted by New York’s Shellka Arora-Cox. From the San Francisco office, Alicia McKnight is recognized for advising Chevron, a long-time client of the firm, on various geothermal and solar power transactions.
