McDermott Will & Emery LLP continues to advise major oil and gas clients across the full spectrum of traditional energy transactions, including upstream assets, midstream gas gathering and processing assets, and chemical and fuel storage terminals. The team routinely handles complex M&A between large oil majors, joint venture agreements, service contracts as well as acquisitions and divestitures. From the Houston office, team lead Jack Langlois is regularly sought out by a number of both public and private companies, private equity investors, lenders and national oil companies for his knowledge of energy-related investments and financing, while Kevin Brophy‘s focus is on the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. Parker Lee departed the firm in March 2024.
