Highlight-Mandate

Advising Glenfarne Energy Transition, a developer of global energy transition assets and infrastructure, on several key regulatory and policy issues potentially impacting the LNG industry, including the very significant Magnolia and Texas LNG facilities, both in the United States and globally.
Served as lead regulatory and policy counsel for New Jersey Natural Gas as it considers opportunities for decarbonization, including blending of hydrogen into the natural gas stream
Advised CNG HOLDING 1, LLC in its application to DOE for authorization to export compressed natural gas; drafted and submitted a FERC petition for declaratory order seeking a finding that its compressed natural gas export project will not be subject to FERC’s jurisdiction under the Natural Gas Act; and negotiated with FERC-regulated interstate natural gas pipelines to provide CNG Holding’s facility with reliable sources of feed gas.
