- Advised South Jersey Industries regarding an investment and development in RNG projects across the Northeast that will allow the SJI gas utilities to decarbonize the company’s footprint in New Jersey.
- Represented clients such as Equinor Natural Gas, South Jersey Resources Group, LLC, Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. and Spire Marketing LLC in connection with multiple general Natural Gas Act Section 4 rate case filings to increase rates and implement other tariff proposals, including on pipelines such as ANR Pipeline, Texas Eastern Transmission, National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, and Stagecoach Pipeline.
