- Defended pipeline company Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC, a subsidiary of TC Energy, against allegations made by Ascent Resources – Utica, LLC, a natural gas exploration and production company.
- Represented ANR throughout the entire process of preparing, filing, litigating, and ultimately achieving a favorable settlement in its most recent Natural Gas Act Section 4 rate filing.
- Represented Texas Gas Transmission in obtaining and defending regulatory approvals for its Henderson County Expansion Project, which aims to facilitate a substantial reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by, among other things, allowing Texas Gas’ customer to retire existing coal-fired generating facilities and to add new wind and solar resources.
