Represented Pluspetrol Peru Corporation and others against Peru LNG in winning an award valued at over US$130 million in an ICC arbitration relating to non-payment for invoices for shipments of liquefied natural gas under a gas sales agreement.
Representing The Resource Group International Limited (“TRG-I”) as well as two of its officers and directors, Mohammed Khaishgi and Hasnain Aslam, in a JAMS arbitration initiated by Zia Chishti against our clients and other entities, including other current and former directors and an equity fund, as well as in related court proceedings.
Acts as counsel to Respondent Sysco in a New York-seated LCIA arbitration brought by subsidiaries of its litigation funder Burford Capital (Claimants) in September 2022, as well as related annulment and enforcement proceedings in federal court after issuance of a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against Sysco.
