Highlight-Mandate

  • Represented Société Générale and SG Americas Securities, LLC in multiple lawsuits relating to allegations that the Defendants conspired to fix the prices of foreign exchange instruments in the global foreign exchange market through manipulating FX benchmarks rates and widening bid-ask spreads.
  • Represented State Street Corp. and State Street Bank and Trust Co. in a European Commission investigation into allegations of manipulation of the European government bond market, and in connection with a parallel putative class action litigation alleging Shearman Act violations in the Southern District of New York.
  • Represented Nespresso USA, Inc. in a class action lawsuit where plaintiffs allege that the warranties associated with their Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machines contained impermissible tying arrangements and had they known of the unlawfulness of the warranties, they would not have purchased the products or would have paid substantially less for them.
