Advised Sandra Holdings Ltd in highly complex proceedings before the DIFC Courts. This case was worth in excess of USD 200 million and involved proceedings in the DIFC, onshore UAE, England, France, Switzerland, Kuwait, Cayman Islands, BVI and the USA.
