Olga Shenk heads the dispute and compliance practice, representing clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings and white-collar crime cases. Maria Orlyk advises on disputes across the oil and gas, automotive, chemical and fashion industries, supported by Diana Valyeyeva. Highlight-Mandate

Successfully represented a European bank in the recognition of the multi-million-dollar claim under a credit facility governed by German law against a Ukrainian industrial corporation in bankruptcy proceedings.
Acted for an Italian gas company as the expert witness on Ukrainian law matters in an international commercial arbitration against a Ukrainian energy company, under the Arbitration Rules of the SCC Arbitration Institute.
