Advised Morini on the continuation conditions of the “Operation and Lease Agreement” between Morini and Beymen regarding the restaurant and cafe operation in Zorlu Shopping Center and advised Morini on the enforcement proceeding initiated by Beymen for the allegation of underpaid rental fees for 10 years costs approximately TRY-40 million.
Represented Auto King in several disputes (more than 25 disputes) claiming underpaid rents and evacuation regarding the İzmir branch operation, conducted negotiations to settle these disputes, drafted the settlement protocol and concluded the dispute by mediation costs approximately TRY-3 million.
