Representing Thrace Basin Natural Gas, Corporate Resources Enerji A.Ş. and Pinnacle Turkey Incorporation in a cancellation lawsuit against MAPEG (Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources) at the Council of State as the first instance court to hear the lawsuit, whereby an immediate injunction relief was sought.
Representing Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore SAS and various Bureau Veritas Turkish subsidiaries in connection with eight administrative lawsuits filed by an individual and a marine company challenging the accreditations granted to BV SA’s Turkish affiliates by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and the Turkish Accreditation Agency.
