Highlight-Mandate

Advised Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH (issuer and borrower), as well as its newly incorporated Swiss subsidiary, Cheplapharm Schweiz GmbH, as guarantor and security provider, on the issuance of EUR750m senior secured notes as well as the guaranteeing and securing of approximately EUR1.575bn existing senior secured notes and a EUR2.025bn credit facility.
