Highlight-Mandate

Represented Peab Sverige AB (Peab) in the SEK3bn arbitration dispute relating to the construction of Mall of Scandinavia, leading to a successful award for Peab.
Represented the State of Montenegro as respondent in challenge proceedings before the Svea Court of Appeal, resulting in a victory for Montenegro. The challenge proceedings concerned an arbitral award rendered in 2019 in investment arbitration proceedings under the UNCITRAL rules.
Represented the Republic of Poland in a challenge proceeding against the Luxembourg based company PL Holdings before the ECJ and the Supreme Court, resulting in a victory for Poland, and currently representing Poland in two separate cases concerning challenge and annulment proceedings before Svea Court of Appeal.
