Highlight-Mandate

Representing Tryg Forsikring A/S in extensive litigation (Stockholm District Court) concerning coverage under a global liability master insurance policy, for which Trygg-Hansa is first excess insurer with limit of liability of SEK250m in excess of SEK250m per triggered policy year, for numerous product liability disputes in the US.
Representing Zurich Insurance in an insurance litigation concerning the regulation of insurance compensation as a result of a fire in a large property located in Stockholm's inner city. The claim amounts to approximately SEK220m.
Representing Billerudkorsnäs AB against its insurer regarding claims for insurance compensation as a result of downtime in production.
