Advised Carnegie and Morgan Stanley in connection with the fully secured rights issue of approximately €80m and the private placement of approximately €300m by Viaplay Group.
Assisted Bank of America and Danske Bank in connection to the SEK6bn rights issue in Swedish biopharma issuer Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB, Sobi, carried out in connection with Sobi’s acquisition of US listed company CTI BioPharma Corp.
Advised on a financing by the Assemblin Caverion Group (a portfolio company of Triton) which included €1.3bn High Yield Notes and €495m (equivalent) RCF/guarantee/pensions facilities.
