Highlight-Mandate
Advised Viaplay Group on the amendment and extension of existing bank and bond commitments totalling SEK14.6bn ($1.4bn) in connection with a comprehensive recapitalisation which included an equity capital injection of SEK4bn (approximately $383m).
Advised EQT in connection with the launch of EQT Nexus and obtaining the necessary authorisations etc. to enable the marketing of EQT Nexus to individual investors in Sweden.
Represented the INEOS Group as local Swedish counsel in connection with INEOS Quattro Finance 2 Plc’s €525m 8½% senior secured notes due 2029 and $400m 9⅝% senior secured notes due 2029.
