Advised the Prudential Insurance Company of America on its role as arranger and lender in connection with the acquisition financing of a real estate portfolio consisting of 10 commercial real estates in Sweden.
Advised DNB Bank Sweden Ab as lender of a SEK250m revolving credit facility to Slättö Förvaltning, a Nordic private equity real estate company, for the purpose of financing general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and investments.
