Highlight-Mandate
Acting as Swedish lead counsel to Castlelake, L.P. as lead investor of the winning bidder consortium in connection with Scandinavian Airlines Systems (SAS AB) US Chapter 11 process and reorganisation under Swedish law.
Acting as lead counsel to Bonava AB on the entry of its €400m facilities agreement which was made in conjunction with an extension of Bonava’s bond loan and a rights issuance of SEK1bn.
Acting as lead counsel to Citycon in relation to its SEK1bn fixed rate green term loan with pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (PBB) and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba).
