Advised a syndicate of financial entities (Banco Santander, S.A., CaixaBank, S.A., BBVA, BancoSabadell, S.A., Bankinter, S.A., Deutsche Bank, S.A., Cajamar Rural Sociedad, Cooperativa deCrédito, Institut català de finances) on the debt restructuring of Angles Textil, S.A., one of the leading companies in the textile sector in Catalonia.
