Co-leading the practice are planning and real estate project specialist Luis Jiménez-Díaz Egoscozábal and transactional expert Javier Muñoz Méndez; Egoscozábal concentrates on construction contracts, urban planning and administrative proceedings, while Méndez regularly advises on sale-leasebacks, M&A deals, and refinancings, with a particular focus on retail and industrial properties.
