Highlight-Mandate

Advised James Gin on IP in recipes for its range of Gin products and the collaborations with third parties and distilleries in the supply process to ensure the brand retains its IP in the products created.
Advised Huma Qazi on negotiations with leading banks about delivering strategic services and training for D&I cultural change, including advice on the brand, and how to protect the copyright in the e-learning content created for the platform and App, preparing terms and conditions and adapting the user journey and customer engagement to minimise opportunities for copying content.
Advised Clarks and negotiated the new partnership with Ventrica to provide omnichannel external customer communications to Clarks; this included strategic advice on Intellectual Property Rights within the materials being created in the course of the customer communications services and the processes being deployed.
