Acting for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children on the expansion of its central London facility with a development budget of c£350m.
Retained by the Forestry England to advise on various issues relating to contested 1954 Act proceedings, easements, title disputes and boundary disputes.
Retained by Battersea Power Station Development Company to advise on contentious aspects of the letting of Phase 1 of the redevelopment of the London landmark site.
