It primarily advises domestic institutional investors on cross-border real estate investments into North America and Europe, collaborating closely with Dentons’ global network. The team also assists Western and Asian investors with co-investments into logistics, data centres, hotels, and multi-family developments in Korea. Led by foreign lawyer Timothy Trinka, who focuses on construction, financing, and development, the team also includes Hye In Jin, known for her expertise in large-scale commercial real estate projects.
