Advised Ant Group in its business collaboration with Toss Payments and Toss Payments’ largest shareholder, Viva Republica, in relation to the acquisition of a significant minority stake in Toss Payments whereby Ant Group became the 2nd largest shareholder of Toss Payments, with almost 40% shareholding interest.
