Acting as lead counsel for the Liquidators of the Envy Companies in multiple proceedings brought against (i) the former directors and/or representatives of the Envy Companies and (ii) investors who had been paid fictitious profits, to recover unauthorised/fraudulent transactions made out of investors' funds.
Advising bankruptcy trustees of Ng Yu Zhi on all aspects of the bankruptcy, following the bankruptcy order obtained by liquidators of the Envy Companies.
