Highlight-Mandate
- Acting as lead counsel for the Liquidators of the Envy Companies in multiple proceedings brought against (i) the former directors and/or representatives of the Envy Companies and (ii) investors who had been paid fictitious profits, to recover unauthorised/fraudulent transactions made out of investors' funds.
- Advising bankruptcy trustees of Ng Yu Zhi on all aspects of the bankruptcy, following the bankruptcy order obtained by liquidators of the Envy Companies.
- Acting for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, the single largest creditor of Hin Leong Trading, in the collapse of the Hin Leong group of companies.
